Arav went behind Madhu as she left the room, his eyes following her until she disappeared around the corner. He caught a brief glimpse of her joining Aruvi in the hallway; the two women exchanged a few hurried words. Their faces were serious, almost tense — but Arav didn’t stop to listen. He simply watched them for a moment and then turned back, walking toward Keshav’s room with a heaviness he didn’t want to admit he felt.
