Shivanish stormed out of the bedroom, his jaw clenched tight, anger simmering under his skin. Vaani’s words echoed in his ears like the cruel clang of a bell—harsh and impossible to ignore. How could she think that of him? That he’d go to another woman? That he’d betray her like that? Her accusation, subtle but stinging, wasn’t just about trust. It was about how little she seemed to believe in him. He wasn’t perfect—far from it—but cheating? Was that really how low she thought of him?
